We’re seeking a creative and motivated Event Marketing Coordinator to join our team and drive the marketing of events, workshops, and promotions that showcase our services' benefits.
The Event Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing strategies for events, local promotions, and community outreach. This role will focus on increasing brand awareness and driving foot traffic to our Lakewood Ranch North Studio. The ideal candidate will have experience in event marketing, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for health and wellness.

Event Planning & Coordination:
Plan, organize, and execute local events such as health fairs, wellness workshops, free stretch days, and grand openings to engage the community and promote Stretch Zone’s services.

Marketing Strategy Development:
Collaborate with the Stretch Zone marketing team to design and implement marketing plans for events, including digital campaigns, email marketing, social media promotions, and local advertising. Ensure consistent messaging aligned with Stretch Zone’s brand values.

Vendor & Partner Collaboration:
Build relationships with local health and wellness professionals, vendors, and partners to enhance event offerings. Manage contracts, negotiate terms, and coordinate logistics with partners and sponsors.

Community Engagement:
Drive awareness of Stretch Zone through community outreach, encouraging participation in events and promotions.

Event Promotion:
Leverage digital and traditional marketing channels like social media, email newsletters, print materials, and website content to promote events. Assist in creating engaging content, including client success stories.

On-Site Event Management:
Oversee event logistics from setup to breakdown, coordinating with team members, vendors, and volunteers to ensure smooth execution.

Performance Analysis & Reporting:
Track event performance and attendee engagement. Analyze results and provide feedback to optimize future events and marketing efforts.
- Passion for health, wellness, and fitness, with a strong understanding of stretching and mobility practices.
- Creative thinker with a results-driven mindset to develop compelling marketing campaigns.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required for events.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Planning, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience with event management tools (e.g., Eventbrite, Cvent) is preferred.
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, SEO, and Google Ads is a plus.
